Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (company name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse to make the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
– for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
– for the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Returns
Customers are requested to notify the return in advance by emailing info@luftballon.at or calling +43 (0)1 890 3826. This helps the seller to allocate the returned products as quickly as possible. Customers are asked to avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, another suitable packaging should be used to provide sufficient protection against transport damage and to avoid potential compensation claims due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.
