Unusual decorations with balloons for large company parties, events or even art projects can give the event a special touch.
What we offer...
- Consultation in advance: We are happy to discuss your wishes and ideas by phone, email or in person in our shop.
- Proposal for decoration and cost estimate in advance
- Individual production and execution of special requests (e.g. large-format advertising media or art objects)
- Service crew for inflating and assembling the decoration
- Support from the on-site service crew
- Invoice with a precise list of all services provided and material costs
Checking in advance is half the battle!
To ensure the smooth running of your event, we ask you to clarify the following points with us in advance:
- Is there a precise concept, what are your ideas?
- When can assembly begin?
- When is the latest date for completion?
- Is there a room to inflate the balloons, and how high is this room?
- Is there a power outlet we can use?
- Is there a place where the balloons can be stored temporarily?
- Is there a nearby parking space for our service crew?
- Is there a contact person on site at all times, please provide name and mobile number?
- Are there helpers on site?
- For garlands or similar items, do we need a length specification (e.g. 5 meters door frame or 100 meters fence)?
- Are there suitable mounting options and are they accessible?
- Is there a ladder or lifting platform on site if necessary?
