Checking in advance is half the battle!
Here we offer you a checklist of things that should definitely be clarified with us in advance so that nothing stands in the way of the success of the balloon decoration.
- How many balloons in which color and shape do you want?
- How long should the decoration last?
- Should we decorate and inflate the balloons?
If yes, - When can we start decorating?
- When is the latest time by which everything must be ready and the service crew must leave?
- Is there a room to inflate the balloons?
- Is there a power outlet we can use?
- How high is the room? Can you still get the balloons down from the ceiling?
- Is there a place where the balloons can be temporarily stored?
- Is there a parking space as close as possible for our service crew?
- What exactly should the service crew do, what do you expect?
- Is there a contact person on site who can be contacted at all times in case any problems arise, please provide name and mobile number?
- Are there helpers on site?
- For garlands or similar, do we need a length specification, for example 5 meters of door frame or 1000 meters of fence etc.?
- Are there suitable mounting options and are they accessible?
- Is there a ladder or lifting platform on site if necessary?
In any case, it is very helpful for us to know if there is a suitable space in which to work. For example, if you want long garlands or flying arches, we need as much space as possible. If you want to release, distribute or decorate a lot of balloons, it is very helpful to have a room that is as low as possible so that we can easily let the balloons rise to the ceiling - and also bring them down again - to save time because we can then inflate all the balloons at the same time.
